Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer 
Location: Armagh, Northern Ireland covering both NI & ROI 
Reporting To: Managing Director / Projects Manager 

Job Purpose 

JF McKenna is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical & Mechanical Engineer to support the company's continued growth and expansion within the pig, poultry and mushroom sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, commissioning, and continuous improvement of electrical and mechanical systems used in agricultural and livestock facilities. 

The role will involve working closely with project managers, sales teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that improve efficiency, animal welfare, environmental control, and operational performance across farming operations.

Quotations Assistant

JF McKenna is seeking to fill the role Quotations Assistant, based in Armagh.

Duties / Job description:

  • Quotation preparation for sales team

  • Database management

  • Call logging including timesheets

  • Assist in implementation of new CRM system

  • Other duties for Sales and Project team as and when required

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong IT skills, specifically experience with Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Strong numeracy skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience with CRM systems

  • Previous knowledge or experience in the agriculture industry

  • Previous experience with working on quotations
