Twin Filler High Speed Tray Filling Machine
The Twin Filler has a hopper volume of 35 cu ft. The soil is transported in the hopper by means of a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt brings the soil to the elevator, which takes the soil to the filling head. The filling head is placed above a conveyor belt. In the filling head 2 rotors are placed for an excellent filling result. The speed of the rotors is adjustable by a frequency controller using a dial knob. The amount of soil inside the filling head is controlled by soil sensors that will turn of the soil supply to the filling head when the maximum amount of soil is reached. The excess soil is returned to the hopper for reuse. The speed of the belt is also adjustable by a frequency controller. Maximum filling height is 250 mm (9¾"). Filling capacity depends on the tray size.
