Washing installations can be built up in modules with separate units for the following cleaning processes: Pre-washing, washing, and recirculation after washing.
This machine can be extended with blow-off and drying units.
Well-thought out filter systems like filter casings, self-cleaning sieves, drum filters, candle filters, separators or ultra filtration systems make it possible to increase the time between the baths. This decreases the costs of bath renewal, detergents and energy.
Capacity at light pollution (sand and dust) max. 800 trays/hour.
Capacity at heavy pollution (sand, mud, clay, etc.) max. 400 trays/hour.
