Mushroom Tunnel

Standard Polythene

200mu Green Outer Polythene Film

  • Triple extruded low density polythene (LDP) – green/black/white layers combined to a 200micron (mu) thick film, with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) added to provide flexibility.
  • 5% light transmission (provided by middle black layer)
  • Ultra violet inhibitors (UVI) added to slow down solar degradation - 36 month guarantee in Ireland.
  • Expected working lifespan approximately 6 years in Ireland.

200mu White High Temperature Inner Polythene Film
  • Triple extruded high density white polythene (LDP) – white/black/white layers combined to a 200micron (mu) thick film, with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) added to provide flexibility.
  • 20% light transmission (provided by middle black layer)
  • High softening level of 92°C.
  • Expected working lifespan of approximately 15 years in Ireland.

Reinforced ‘Nicotarp’ Polytarp Films

Nicotarp MC285 Outer Film
