Sprayline kits are supplied with 32mm dia PVC pipework, pre-drilled @ 1.5m centres, into which spray nozzles are fitted. When installed into a tunnel 2.1m from the ground, each nozzle has a coverage of approximately 3.2m – assuming a minimum water pressure of 2 bar.(30psi). Two or three spraylines are used in each tunnel – depending upon the width of the bay. Standard kits include a geka coupling, filter, drain valve, sprayline c/w nozzles, suspension hooks, galvanised wire, and wire tensioner for each line.

 

A ‘header main’ can be fitted to spraylines where a permanent water supply is available.

This consists of a PVC pipe to connect all the spraylines at one end, and a PVC ball valve c/w fittings for each line.
