Vikon Conveyor Belt

The Vikon conveyor belt is used to transport goods by means of a driven belt conveyor. It can be supplied in several variations. The conveyor belt is manufactured from anodised aluminium sections with painted steel and galvanised components. A waterproof glued wooden board supports the belt conveyor.

A 50-50 The standard version, obtainable in 3 belt widths 200 , 300 and 450mm. The pulley diameter is 50mm. The return pulley is also 50mm.

A 25-50 This type is obtainable with a belt width of 200 and 300 mm. The pulley diameter being 50mm. The return pulley diameter being 25mm.

B 50-50 This version is equipped with a centre-tensioning roller and is available with belt widths of 200 and 300mm. The roller diameter of the drive side is 50mm. The return pulley diameter is also 50mm.

B 25-25 This version is equipped with a centre-tensioning roller and is available with 200 and 300mm belt widths. The roller diameter of the drive side is 25mm. The return pulley diameter is also 25mm.

B 50-25 This version is equipped with a centre-tensioning roller and is available with belt widths of 200mm and 300mm. The roller diameter on the drive side is 25mm. The return pulley diameter is 50mm.

E 70-70 This is a sturdy construction, deliverable with belt widths of 450 and 690mm. The pulley and return pulley diameters are both 70 mm.

There are three types of conveyor belts available as standard:
S: Standard version, PVC belt with 2 fabric layers. Suitable for transporting products under normal conditions. With small transitions of 25mm. A one-layer belt is used.
GS: Smooth wear-resistant construction, PVC belt with 2 fabric layers. Suitable for buffering the product on the belt.
GR: Rough construction, PVC belt with 2 fabric layers and profiled top layer. Suitable for raising product at a larger angle of inclination.
