EC40 Tray Filler

 

Compact and efficient filling machine suitable to fill trays with a width of 41 cm maximum and a height of 12 cm maximum. Integrated adjustable speed on conveyor belt (special grip), and adjustable speed on motor with electronic level sensor. Brush unit with motor drive brushes peat moss back into elevator.

  • EPS destacker for styrofoam EPS trays that are flat at the upper and underside. Adjustable from 40 x 60 to 30 x 50cm.
  • PEPS Pneumatic destacker for styrop or hard plastic trays with legs.
    Adjustable from 40x60 to 30x50cm with pneumatic clamps.
  • PTD pneumatic tray destacker for heavy vacuum formed trays. With switch box and alarm signal when destacker is empty.
