In 1960 John McKenna founder was amongst the first mushroom growing entrepreneurs in Ireland. Originally manufacturers of cardboard mushroom packaging to support a small number of growers, following a growth period in the mushroom industry we expanded to supply a complete range of products to support this vibrant industry. This extended to printed packaging, thermo forming, extrusion, ventilation equipment and computer controls.

 

We have diversified and developed our business into four key areas in the following industry, Food Packaging, Mushroom, Poultry and Horticulture

One dedicated team of service engineers and poultry product specialists are fully committed and understand your individual requirements. We  maintain an extensive inventory of poultry pan feeders, button nipple drinkers, flex

                      augers and feed silos at our 70000 ft² warehousing facility.

Our range of products and services extend from worldwide compost and mushroom growing tunnel projects with the latest environmental control and Fancom computer technology, to a broad range of packaging chemical and mushroom growing requisites.

 

Leading European pot manufactures; Teku, Modiform, Aeroplas, compliment our decorative pot range and own brand cell tray range. We have developed an outstanding range of quality polytunnel, polythene tunnels, greenhouses and polyhouses to offer enthusiastic gardeners, small and large commercial enterprises a wealth of innovative design opportunities. We also supply Rovero Poly Tunnels to compliment our portfolio

                       of accessories including bio pesticide control nemasys, visser machinery, Harte Peat

                       professional growing media and substrates weed control ground cover and municipal

                       planters.

 

The Company has moved into extrusion and thermoforming plastic products. We have recently invested in a purpose built production hall and new equipment in 2005 which will improve and streamline the manufacturing and production process. The products which we supply are for food industry and we are investigating more innovative designs for our packaging brand.
